This procedure removes fat, glandular tissue and skin from the breasts, making them feel smaller, lighter and firmer. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin around the nipple. Recovery for back to work is 2 to 3 weeks, with more strenuous activity taking up to 6 weeks.
